Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By using FitBot, the FitBot app (app.fitbot.fr), CookBot or the fitbot.fr website, you accept these terms of service. If you don't accept them, don't use these services. They are provided free of charge, without warranty, and are intended for users aged 13 or over, in line with Discord's rules.
2. Description of services
2.1. FitBot (Discord bot)
- log workouts, with photos and AI analysis
- track a streak, tiers and achievements
- leaderboards, duels and group challenges
- daily reminders, AI coach, Strava import
- Fitcoins and a cosmetics shop, with no monetary value
2.2. The FitBot app
- the same features from a browser or phone, after signing in with a Discord account
- workouts logged in the app are announced by the bot on the main server chosen by the user
2.3. CookBot
- suggest recipes, personalized based on recipes already chosen
- link to the detailed recipe pages on fitbot.fr

3. Permitted use
- Don't try to hack, modify, decompile or bypass the bots, the app or the API
- Don't use the services to spam, harass or harm a Discord server
- Don't send illegal, violent, discriminatory or NSFW content, including in workout photos
- Don't use FitBot or CookBot to collect data on or monitor users
- Don't game the streak, Fitcoins or leaderboard system by automated means
The owner reserves the right to block access to the services in case of clear abuse.
4. Intellectual property
The website content (texts, recipes, images, structure, presentation code), the app and the bots' features belong to Squartix. You may not reproduce or resell the recipes, copy the style, texts or structure of the website or the app, or use the services to build a competing offering. Workout photos remain the property of their authors, who grant FitBot the right to store and display them as part of the service.
5. Limitation of liability
You use the services at your own risk. Squartix cannot be held liable for data loss, misinterpretation, decisions made based on the stats, analyses or AI coach answers, misuse of the recipes (allergies, cooking, human error), temporary or permanent unavailability, or malfunctions related to Discord, the host or a third-party service. AI coach answers and data read from photos are generated automatically and may be inaccurate: they are not professional medical or sports advice. The services are provided “as is”, without warranty.
6. Service availability
The services may be updated, changed or disabled at any time, without notice. No minimum availability is guaranteed.
7. Compliance with Discord rules
The bots comply with Discord's terms of service and don't change the platform's features. By using them, you also accept the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. Any behavior to the contrary may lead to the bots being removed from your server or your account.
8. Data and privacy
The data collected and its purposes are described in the privacy policy, which you accept by using the services. Key points: minimal data, encryption of sensitive content, no reselling, deletion possible at any time with /delete_my_data or by email.
9. Multiple servers and responsibility
The bots can be added to several Discord servers. Each server manages its own configuration, leaderboards and recipe history independently. A user's streak is global across all their servers. Squartix is not responsible for content posted by users on servers that use the bots.
10. Changes to the services or terms
These terms may change to add new features, comply with Discord or the law, or improve the service. The last updated date is always shown. Major changes may be announced on fitbot.fr or in the servers using the bots.

12. Termination
You can stop using the services at any time. The bots can be removed from a server by any administrator. The owner may suspend access in case of abuse, breach of these terms, or if Discord requires it.
